We accept returns under the following conditions:
Return Window: Within 30 days of delivery confirmation.
Product Condition: Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging (including manufacturer labels, seals, etc.).
Acceptable Reasons:
Defective or damaged products (e.g., cracks, leaks, significant discrepancies from product descriptions).
Incorrect items shipped due to our error.
Non-Returnable Items:
Opened, used, or tampered products.
Returns based on personal preferences (e.g., scent, color).
Requests submitted after the 30-day period.
Step 1: Submit a Request
Contact us via email at jamikiki000@outlook.com with:
Order number, product name, and quantity.
Reason for return and supporting evidence (e.g., photos/videos of damage).
Step 2: Review & Approval
We will review your request within 3 business days and notify you via email.
Return shipping costs are covered by us for defective/wrong items; other cases require customer-paid shipping.
Step 3: Return Shipment
Upon approval, ship the item to our designated address (provided via email) using a trackable method.
Retain the tracking number for reference.
Step 4: Refund Issuance
After receiving and inspecting the item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Refunds for orders using coupons or rewards will be adjusted proportionally.
Customized Products: Personalized items (e.g., engraved candles, special packaging) are final sale.
Clearance/Sale Items: Products marked “Final Sale” are non-returnable.
To exchange a defective or incorrect item, follow the return process and specify “Exchange Request” in your email.
Replacement items will be shipped within 7 business days after return confirmation.
Return costs and product losses due to customer errors (e.g., wrong address, refusal of delivery) are the customer’s responsibility.
We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, carrier strikes) but will assist in resolution.
